Keen Learner Award Day for the LSP Students

Today is a very Happy Day both for me and the LSP (Learning Special Programme) students. The Reading Moms (that includes me) wanted to give the children some encouragement by having a Keen Learner Award. The Award Winners are not selected based on their academic results but based on their keenest in participation during lesson time and their attitude towards studying. I was so touched when Mrs Seet annouced the names of the 5 students who have passed their English SA Paper, because 4 of them are taught by me. I control my emo well though. I was so proud of them. They are the reason that keeps me coming and it's really thrilling to know that the seeds I've sowed are sprouting. Well done Luke, Joyce, A'anisah & Sabrina!!! Keep it up!

Wonder Baby Sleeping Style

Bukit Batok Swimming Complex

JA, Iris, Cecilia & I decided to bring our children (Nicole, Andrew, Celeste, Lucas & Xavier) to Bukit Batok Swimming Complex for a swim on Friday evening straight after school. We pre-packed home cooked bento sets for our kids. All had their sumptous dinner at the canteen. Everyone was so anxious, they change into their swimming costume and jumped into the pool. The children had so much fun that they are so unwilling to leave.

We found this new pretty face in the void deck on our way to school today. It caught our eyes immediately with its soft brown fur. It look so elegant. We just spend couple of minutes admiring at it than we ran off in a hurry to catch our bus 282.

Place the plastic sheets into the oven

After baking the plastic sheet, it'll shrunk to 1/4 of it's original size

Punch a hole (before baking the plastic sheet) and after it'as shrunk it can be fixed into a keychain
