It's Hot @ Hort Park
Here we are at Hort Park on this hot hot late morning. We began our day 2 of Park Conquering journey. The beautiful flower beds at the entrance seem to whisper words of welcome to us. I couldn't help but capture all the beautiful poses from all these "speechless living things". Pauline was also busy at her side. At the entrance was a wall nicely decorated with small square tiles and mirrors. We walk from station to station for photo shot but the weather was simply too warm for us. We had a break under the shade and the kids have some snacks. Heard from Pauline that it's nicer in the evening, as the trees will light up. Not that there are light bulbs hanging on the tree but a special chemical is spray onto the trees so that it glows in the dark. This park unlike the Botanic Garden, have it's own unique look. It's not as big as Botanic Garden definately. Next time round, I'll bring Shanice along. So sad that I couldn't bring her this as she'as got lessons on. Soon it was time to go, Lucious was a bit disappointed because we had wanted to cross over the long bridge walk. As the sky is turning dark, Pauline & I call it a day fearing that we might be caught in the rain. Cheers! Lucious we'll be back again and this time Aunty promise you, that we'll cross the bridge alright? Looking forward to our next Park Conquering Venture.
